Camillion Songs is a web app for creating original, character-based songs and related digital media. You can contact us at support@camillion-songs.com.

• Account information, such as your email address and authentication identifiers. If you use Google sign-in, we receive basic profile information needed to create and secure your account.
• Project information, such as project titles, character descriptions, creative settings, prompts, lyrics, generated outputs, edits, asset history, and share settings.
• Uploaded content, such as drawings, audio, or video files you choose to upload. Image uploads are re-encoded to remove EXIF metadata before storage where supported by the app.
• Billing information, such as Stripe customer IDs, subscription status, price IDs, invoice or payment references, credit balances, refunds, and disputes. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Technical information, such as server logs, request metadata, error reports, device/browser information, and security events needed to operate and protect the service.
• Support information, such as messages you send us and information needed to respond to your request.

• To create and manage your account.
• To save projects and generated assets so you can review, reuse, share, and regenerate individual steps.
• To process payments, subscriptions, credits, refunds, tax-related settings, and customer support requests.
• To run child-safety checks, content moderation, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, and security monitoring.
• To send information to configured AI providers only as needed to generate, moderate, or analyze the content you request.
• To improve reliability, debug errors, understand aggregate feature usage, and maintain the service. We do not use your prompts, uploads, lyrics, generated assets, or project content to train Camillion Songs' own AI models.
• To comply with legal, tax, accounting, and platform obligations.

When you ask Camillion Songs to generate or analyze content, relevant prompts, project details, uploaded media, and prior outputs may be sent to AI providers configured for the service, such as Google Gemini or Vertex AI and other generation infrastructure. We use these providers to produce the requested image, lyrics, audio, video, safety review, or character analysis.

Wherever available, we use provider settings, paid API services, and contractual options intended to prevent your submitted and generated content from being used to train shared third-party AI models. Providers may still process or temporarily retain content for service delivery, safety, abuse prevention, security, debugging, or legal compliance under their own terms.

Please do not include sensitive personal information about a child or any other person in prompts, lyrics, uploads, or project notes. The service is designed for child-friendly creative output, but accounts should be created and managed by adults or by users old enough to create an account under applicable law.

Projects are private to your account by default. If you enable sharing for a project, anyone with the share link may view the shared project content. You can turn sharing off from the app, which disables the public link.

We use third-party service providers to operate Camillion Songs. They process information for us according to their own terms and privacy commitments.

• Supabase for authentication and database hosting.
• Google OAuth for optional Google sign-in.
• Google Cloud services for hosting, storage, and AI infrastructure.
• Stripe for payments, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, disputes, and billing portal access.
• Configured AI and media generation providers for requested creative generation, moderation, and analysis.
• Email and support tools when you contact us.

We use cookies and similar browser storage primarily for authentication, security, session management, and payment flows. Stripe, Supabase, Google, and other providers may also use cookies or similar technologies when you interact with their services through Camillion Songs.

If EU or UK data protection law applies, we process personal data where necessary to provide the service, perform a contract with you, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, and, where required, with your consent.

We keep account, project, billing, and generated asset information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect against abuse. You can ask us to delete your account or specific data by contacting support. Some billing, tax, security, and backup records may need to be retained for longer where required by law or legitimate operational needs.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to certain processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, contact support@camillion-songs.com.

Camillion Songs creates child-friendly content, but the account-based service is intended for adults, parents, guardians, educators, or users old enough to create an account under applicable law. We do not knowingly ask children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in their jurisdiction, to create accounts or provide personal information. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will review and delete it where appropriate.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including HTTPS, authentication controls, private storage for generated media, server-side AI calls, and limited access to secrets. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Camillion Songs and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards or legal mechanisms for international transfers.

We may update this policy as the service changes. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating this page or providing in-product notice.
