Terms of Service

By accessing or using Camillion Songs, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Camillion Songs is an AI-assisted creative generation web app. It helps users create original characters, character images, lyrics, songs, audio assets, and short videos from a structured creative brief. Some features use credits, subscriptions, or paid generation providers.

• You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information.
• The account-based service is intended for adults, parents, guardians, educators, or users old enough to create an account under applicable law.
• Children should use Camillion Songs only with appropriate parent, guardian, or educator supervision.
• You must not use another person's account without permission.

• Camillion Songs may offer free credits, paid credit packs, and recurring subscription plans.
• Stripe processes payments, payment methods, invoices, refunds, disputes, and billing portal access. We do not store full card numbers.
• Prices, credit amounts, model costs, and included features may change for future purchases or renewal periods.
• Generation credits are consumed when you request eligible paid generation steps. Failed generation may be refunded in credits where the app can safely detect the failure.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the billing portal before the renewal date.
• Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer cancellation, refund, or statutory warranty rights that apply in your location.

You keep any rights you already have in prompts, descriptions, drawings, lyrics, audio, video, or other content you upload or enter into the service. You grant Camillion Songs a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, display, moderate, transform, and use that content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, support, and maintain the service.

We do not use your prompts, uploads, lyrics, generated assets, or project content to train Camillion Songs' own AI models. We also try to use provider settings, paid API services, and contractual options that prevent your submitted and generated content from being used to train shared third-party AI models where those options are available. Third-party providers may still process or temporarily retain content for service delivery, safety, abuse prevention, security, debugging, or legal compliance under their own terms.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload or submit. Do not upload private, sensitive, illegal, infringing, or non-child-appropriate material.

Subject to these terms, provider terms, and applicable law, you may use the generated outputs you create with Camillion Songs for personal, family, classroom, gift, and ordinary sharing uses. If you need broader commercial rights, contact us before relying on generated content commercially.

AI-generated output may be similar to content generated for other users, may contain mistakes, and may not be unique or protectable by intellectual property law. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or sharing them.

Camillion Songs is designed for original, age-appropriate creative work. You must not use the service to request, create, upload, or share content that:

• Sexualizes minors or depicts sexual content involving minors.
• Is hateful, abusive, harassing, exploitative, gory, or otherwise unsafe for children.
• Imitates copyrighted characters, public figures, or living artists in a way that violates rights or platform policies.
• Contains private personal information about children or other people without permission.
• Violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Attempts to bypass safety systems, moderation, rate limits, payment controls, or security protections.
• Uses the service for fraud, spam, malware, scraping, automated abuse, or unlawful activity.

If you enable public sharing for a project, anyone with the share link may view the shared project content. Only share content you are comfortable making accessible to others. You can disable sharing from the app.

Camillion Songs relies on third-party services for hosting, authentication, payments, storage, and AI/media generation. We choose and configure these services with privacy, safety, and cost control in mind, but third-party services may change, fail, produce unexpected results, retain limited operational data, or impose their own restrictions. We may modify, pause, rate-limit, or disable features to protect users, manage costs, comply with provider rules, or maintain the service.

We are actively developing Camillion Songs. Features, providers, models, prices, credit costs, generation limits, and output quality may change. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service, but we will try to avoid disrupting existing paid access without reasonable notice where practical.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, misuse paid features, or use the service in a way that may harm users, providers, or the service. We may preserve records where needed for legal, billing, security, or dispute purposes.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free generation, specific creative results, legal suitability of outputs, or that outputs will be unique. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, distributing, or relying on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camillion Songs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or substitute services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your location require otherwise.
